Gallery Update: Various Additions
Digital Scans Gallery Update Stills/Screencaptures

In addition to our new amazing layout, I’ve been trying to make some last minute additions to the site gallery as it’s long overdue. We’d like to send a huge shout out to Rose, the owner of the now deleted, Desire Scott Caan, for donating so many scans of old publications with Scott:

And I finally made a small dent in covering Scott’s movie projects:

And of course, the part all of you will enjoy the most, I’ve updated some photoshoots with an HQ version:

Hope you guys enjoyed this update. I know I’m behind on Hawaii Five-0, but being an ex member of the fandom is making anything related to the show a bit of a hard topic, so I’ll try my best to get it together and catch up with the previous seasons caps & stills. Thanks for checking the site and here’s to another year full of Scotty goodness.

Feature: Scott Caan gets to play (in a play he wrote)
Gallery Update Interviews Photoshoots

The LA Times did a little feature on Scott that was released yesterday with a couple of new photos. Here’s an excerpt of the feature:

The playwright Scott Caan — yes, the same square-jawed Scott Caan who has appeared in Steven Soderbergh’s “Ocean’s Eleven” franchise and was nominated for a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Danny “Danno” Williams on CBS’ “Hawaii Five-0” — doesn’t know from hiatus. While his hit TV show is on summer break, the 38-year-old actor-writer-producer-director-photographer is starring in his newest self-penned stage comedy, “The Trouble We Come From.” Last year, the prolific author released “Vanity,” his second volume of photographs. This fall he’ll release “The Performance of Heartbreak,” a collection of his 10 one-act plays, through Rare Bird Books. [more at source]

News: Definitely No Trouble Enjoying Scott Caan’s THE TROUBLE WE COME FROM
News Stage Productions

Scott Caan has written a very witty and smart script in his world premiere of The Trouble We Come From. Playwright Charlie not only has visions of, but actual stalkings by past girlfriends on his play’s opening night while his now pregnant lover’s out of town in Detroit. Charlie, oh-so-comfortably inhabited by Michael Weston, has invited his leading man and best friend Vince home for some mano-to-mano advice to help him out of his relationship dilemma. Caan’s Vince’s perfectly charismatic and charming as the all-bravado-on-the-outside, but sensitive- on-the-inside hunky leading man. Both Caan and Weston master their intricate, verbose dialogue.
